Gemscott collects personal information about you through visits to the sales showrooms, sales enquiries and website, including your registration details and information relating to your use of the website and the content you access.

Gemscott may use this personal information to help us provide services to you, to verify your identity, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gemscott and associated project websites, our users, or others, for internal research purposes, for promoting and marketing other Gemscott products and services to you, and for any other use that you authorise.

Government agencies with statutory roles enabling them to request data from us includes but is not restricted to Police, IRD and the Ministry Of Economic Development. Members can contact Gemscott to ask whether such information has been provided.

It is the policy of Gemscott to send users communications via email. Further, it is our policy to remove any user from any mailing list upon the user’s request. Gemscott and our associated development entities,  may send e-newsletters and other electronic communications to users. E-Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the user can remove himself or herself from that mailing list.

Our site’s registration form requires you to provide us contact information. We may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our affiliated partners.
