Gerard founded Gemscott after many successful years as a business leader in the retail sector. His mission has always been clear: to positively contribute to the future of New Zealand.
His family-minded approach has steered the company through some of New Zealand’s largest public housing developments to date – building on a legacy to deliver quality with every new undertaking.

Darren Park
Darren has had an extensive career in the property industry. Prior to joining Gemscott, Darren was a Director In PwC’s Real Estate Advisory division, where his focus was on providing better development outcomes and solutions for both public and private sector clients.
Sharing the company’s ethos, Darren draws on his industry knowledge to deliver developments that proactively address current housing supply and affordability concerns.
